As part of efforts to develop a comprehensive Risk Register for the Assin South District Assembly, the Internal Audit Unit Headed by Mr. Sidi Mohammed held a Stakeholders Consultation meeting with all heads of Department and Units within the district to deliberate on new and existing risks that may hinder the achievement of Assin south’s Medium Term Development Plan (MTDP).
The meeting was well appreciated by all heads present and led to an interactive session that yielded to the inclusion of new thrust areas, revision of existing risk scores, revision of existing control scores and suggestions of innovative approaches to handle the various potential risks identified.
