Adankwaman senior high school and Assin Nsuta Agric senior high on Friday 12th March were recipients of over 200 mattresses and metallic bunk beds. This was represented to the schools by the Deputy Minister of education and MP of Assin south district Hon. Rev John Ntim Foudjor. Accompanying him was the DCE, District Director of Education, and Coordinating Director.
The DCE, Hon Felicia Ntrakwa Amissah charged the students to study hard and to desist from bad company of friends, teenage pregnancies and deviant behaviors.
The MP assured parents whose children haven’t been placed yet in SHS to look to Adankwaman and Assin Nsuta Agric SHS because there are beds to accommodate their wards.
The DDE, head teachers of both schools were very pleased with the gesture and vowed to put the mattresses and beds to good uses.
