Allocation of 500 Dual Desks to the First Batch of Twenty-Eight (28) Beneficiary Schools.
On the 3rd of August, 2023, the Hon.District Chief Executive of Assin South District Assembly handed over Five Hundred (500) Dual Desks to the District Education Directorate at the forecourt of the Assin South District Assembly.
She said it formed part of holistic measures the Assembly adopted to eliminate furniture deficit in schools in the district and also the Assembly is working on getting more of the desks so that other schools will benefit as well.
The representative from the Education Directorate thanked the Hon. DCE for her continuous support and pledged that the directorate would ensure that management of the beneficiary schools comply with strict maintenance culture of the furniture.
